Join the Boogaloo Shrimp as he takes over the Bearcast radio waves and for two hours, brings you music, talk, and maybe several random moments within the hours. Ya never know what goes down with the All Taste Explosion.
Alphabet Soup
Time: Friday, 2–4 pm.
DJs: DJ Fox and DJ Hound Every week Alphabet Soup sends you on a sonic journey of alphabetical discovery as we use the power of music to work our way from A-Z. DJ Fox & DJ Hound are on their third tour of Bearcast duty this quarter. They’re both sophomores here at UC, and major in Digital Design and Secondary Education respectively.
Brain Damage
Time: Thursday, 10 pm–2 am.
DJs: DJ Trips and DJ Moonshine The revolution of the new generation begins and ends with “Brain Damage.” May the system fear the chants of Trips and Moonshine. In graveyards across the nation, you can still hear the shredding of guitars rise the dead to their feet. Pulling you away from the coma known as life. Let the haze cover the moon and prohibition stay extinct. But in all honesty, we are just two men who want to show you our way of enjoying music and life.
New Sounds at Noon
Time: Friday, 12–2 pm.
DJs: Ryann Walton Tune in Fridays at noon to hear all of the newest tunes from the best independent artists. Ryann Walton will be spinning brand new tunes from artists like Deerhoof, TV On The Radio, Brian Wilson, Human Highway, The Walkmen, Secret Machines, Wire, Annuals, Of Montreal, Times New Viking, and much more. So tune in to New Sounds at Noon to hear it for yourself, before it hits the shelf!

Hip Hop on the Block
Time: Monday, 8–10 pm.
DJ: DJ QuietBoi Hip Hop on the Block provides listeners with a variety of rap/hip hop music such as mainstream, underground, old school, mixtapes, and freestyles… Not to mention up–to–date information and news about artists, DJ’s, album releases, the music industry, and hip hop culture. Hip Hop on the Block is very unique because DJ QuietBoi plays a lot of material that is not on other radio shows or radio stations.

Landry’s College Experience
Time: Saturday, 12–2 am.
DJ: Andrew Landry This show is all about the college student, were we hear real people and real thoughts on everyday things. Whether its news, stuff on the web, music, or just about life. Taking out typical scripted chat, you’ll find yourself wanted to add to the show or just want to listen and learn. The 5 Minute Major is a show dedicated to all that is hockey, including analysis and interviews from people close to the NHL, and maybe even a few players. Also, every week we will talk Bearcats hockey (and a little NHL hockey) with Bearcats players including frequent guests, goalie Ted Riolo and former NHL star and head coach of the Bearcats, Coach Blaine Stoughton.
